Rob
and Katie Ireland are both attorney and husband and wife, which
enables them to attend to your case both individually and as a team. We
believe that two heads are much better then one, and approach each of
our cases with our own individualism and specialty. We each specialize
in personal injury, general civil litigation, property law/disputes,
debt collection, CAFO, MSHA regulation and fine litigation and estate
planning. In addition to the above, Rob and Katie each have their own
specialized area of law. Katie specializes in all aspects of family
law, including divorce, parenting time enforcement, child support
modification, spousal support modification, enforcing judgments and
custody disputes. Rob is a patent attorney specializing in patents,
trademarks and copyrights. | |
